Sara is the Chief Sustainability Officer at OTB, where she has worked for just under 2 years.
Sarah is responsible for leading the internal governance and the sustainability initiatives at Group and subsidiary level. She leads a team and Sustainability Champions responsible for the implementation and coordination of sustainability initiatives.
Sarah has contributed to measurable progress on OTB Group’s sustainability agenda, including significant emissions reductions, increased use of lower-impact materials, renewable energy adoption, expanded sustainability training, advances in gender equality, and continued social impact through the OTB Foundation.
Sara shares her knowledge and expertise on platforms such as DLA Piper, SDA Bocconi, ANDAM Fashion Awards and more.
Recognition is given to Sara for her leadership and contribution to the development of a more responsible fashion industry.
