Rachel is a Senior Sustainability Manager at the L'Occitane Group, where she has worked for 7 years.
Rachel has led projects to increase positive impact, carbon footprint reduction and BCorp accreditation. As part of the British Beauty Council’s Sustainable Beauty Coalition, Rachel contributed to the Great British Beauty Clean Up campaign. The initiative focused on raising industry and consumer awareness of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle options. Additionally, the campaign aimed to increase the recycling rates of beauty empties through take-back schemes and household recycling.
She has shared her expertise at forums such as NOPEX (Natural and Organic Products Expo).
Recognition is given to Rachel for her collaborative efforts and contributions toward reducing waste in the beauty industry.
