Rachel is the Advocacy Lead - Sustainable Fashion at the UN Environment Programme where she has worked for over 5 years.
Rachel wears many hats and shares her knowledge on multiple platforms such as Global Fashion Agenda, her own Substack, as well as giving her time generously in office hours mentoring the next generation.
She is a co-author of the UN’s Sustainable Fashion Communication Playbook designed to support fashion communicators – marketers, brand managers, imagemakers, media, influencers and other players that fuel consumption.
She was recently awarded an Honorary Fellowship from, Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd for her contribution to fashion, sustainability and technology.
Recognition is given to Rachel for co-authoring and promoting the UN’s Sustainable Fashion Communication Playbook and inspiring the next generation through open-access office hours.
