Michela is the Head of Sustainability & CSR at TOD’s Group, where she has worked for nearly 2 years.
Michela is responsible for ESG initiatives for TOD's Group, which includes Corporate, Regions and brands: Tod's, Hogan, Fay, Roger Vivier. As part of her role, she manages a team of sustainability professionals. She collaborates closely with internal teams, from Product Development to Marketing and Communications, as well as with external organisations, industry associations, research institutions, and universities.
Michela participates and shares her knowledge and expertise at forums created by SDA Bocconi Monitor for Fashion, Quantis and MICAM X.
Recognition is given to Michela for her collaborative approach in delivering sustainability in the luxury fashion industry.
