At Women in Sustainable Luxury, we’re building a global community of women who are redefining what leadership looks like across the luxury value chain.
Our mission is to support and accelerate the advancement of women driving sustainable transformation in luxury by connecting them with the networks, knowledge, and collaborative power they need to thrive.
One of the ways we do this is through our Mentoring Programme designed specifically for emerging leaders in their first leadership roles, and looking to prepare for the next level of influence, responsibility, and impact.
Our programme is cross-sector by design. We believe that the boldest ideas and breakthroughs in sustainable luxury come from unexpected connections across industries, disciplines, and geographies. That’s why we’re bringing together mentors from fashion, beauty, watch & jewellery, automotive and more all united by a shared commitment to sustainable progress and inclusive leadership.
Proposed Timeline
Aug: Mentor selection
Sep: Announce Mentors and open applications
Early Sep: Mentors group intro call
Oct: Launch Scheme
Time Commitment
The programme will be a 10-week programme for the mentors (Tentative dates:1st Oct to 4th Dec).
For the 10 week duration we are looking for Mentors to commit:
1 hour for Group Call with other Mentors
1 hour to deliver a session (workshop/masterclass)
1 hour to deliver an AMA (Ask Me Anything) session
Total up to 3 hours
