In August, we took to our LinkedIn platform to showcase and celebrate extraordinary women, from the United States to the United Arab Emirates who made it onto the Women in Sustainable Luxury 2025 Recognition List.

Why we do this?

Sustainability is critical to all of us. While not every company gets it right, we know there are incredible teams working tirelessly to create change in many different ways. We believe in systematically and purposefully amplifying the work of women in sustainable luxury, giving them the credit and visibility they deserve, and inspiring the next generation of leaders.

This year’s list shines a light on CEOs, Founders, and Senior & Executive Leaders across fashion, beauty, hospitality, watches & jewellery, automotive, motorsport, yachting, and more.

It’s a celebration of inspiring women, and a vivid reminder of the many career paths, unique journeys, and bold choices that have shaped their impact.

Women have shaped and continue to shape luxury, and will define its sustainable future. We are here to connect them with each other, facilitate collaboration across the luxury value chain and sectors, and support the co-creation of solutions to challenging problems.
