Felicitas is the Founder of The Swiss Center for Luxury Research, where she has worked for over 5 years. She is also a Professor of Marketing at HEC Lausanne.
In her role at The Swiss Center for Luxury Research, she unites luxury researchers and experts from top academic institutions in Switzerland to build a hub for thought leadership on the future of luxury management. She is the author of Green Materialism and a co-founder of Originalluxury, a public–private partnership advancing traceability technologies in the luxury industry.
She shares her knowledge and expertise on forums such as Watches and Wonders and Luxury On Air podcast by Deloitte Switzerland and the Swiss Center for Luxury Research at HEC Lausanne (UNIL).
