Eshita is the Founder & CEO of By Rotation, where she has worked for nearly 6 years.
Eshita founded By Rotation in 2019 to help people “Do good for the planet, their wardrobe and wallet at the same time”. By Rotation is the world's first social fashion rental app, enabling change in shopping behaviour through peer-to-peer lending.
Eshita has received multiple awards for her app and entrepreneurial achievements. She has secured funding from a network of female investors and empowered women to participate in the circular economy by reimagining underused garments in their wardrobes as an “asset class.” As a founder, she leverages culturally relevant and inspiring storytelling to educate and engage new audiences.
She regularly shares her expertise at leading institutions, including London Business School, the University of Cambridge, Harvard Business School and various international forums. Her work has been featured in Financial Times, WWD and more.
